Our trip wouldn’t have been complete without a visit to St Fagans National Museum of History in Cardiff—a fantastic spot for families and dog owners alike, though, like many Welsh attractions, dogs are not permitted inside the buildings themselves.

Throughout our travels, one thing stood out: the warmth and hospitality of the Welsh people. At every stop, locals went out of their way to ensure Lou was comfortable, often offering to watch her so I could explore attractions where dogs weren’t allowed indoors.
